At We Learn Investing, we strive to provide high-quality coaching programs on investment and personal finance. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

• You may request to cancel your enrollment in a coaching program within 48 hours of payment to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours but before the start of the program will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No cancellations or refunds will be provided once the coaching program has started.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as per the cancellation policy above.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to welearninvesting@gmail.com.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
• The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the user fails to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.
• If a user violates the Terms and Conditions of our services.
• If a refund is requested due to a change of mind after the program has commenced.
• Any technical issues related to the user’s internet, software, or personal device are not grounds for a refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• If you are unable to attend a session, you may request to reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.

5. Modifications to Policy

• We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
